What you will do

The Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for supporting Payment Solutions within Volvo Financial Services (VFS) Region North America and reports to the Program and Product Support Manager. Based in Greensboro, NC, the candidate will work in a fast-paced team environment and have daily interaction with many company departments in supporting Payment Solutions. As a Senior Integration Analyst, you will establish new customer implementation processes, support existing customer integrations, provide customer and dealer training, facilitate product enhancement activities, and be a subject matter expert in P2P software and process. This role will work across multiple channels including Volvo Group Truck and Construction Equipment aftermarket, and VFS IT.

Core Responsibilities:
 
• Achieve mastery level knowledge of VFS’s Payment Solutions P2P offerings and provide world-class support
• Proactively identify, pursue and engage new integration opportunities with target customers
• Gather customer requirements for new system integrations, establish integration project deliverables and timelines
• Manage new customer implementation projects to ensure proper onboarding and timely delivery of objectives
• Managing communication channels between customers and internal stakeholders on integration projects
• Support existing integrations, monitoring and auditing data flows to ensure accuracy
• Utilize data and dashboards to understand opportunities and weaknesses within the supported platforms and processes
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical specifications
• Identify and develop dealer, customer, and internal training for payment solutions integration procedures and best practices
• Interface with stakeholders to mediate escalated issues
• Join OEM counterparts on customer and dealer visits as deemed appropriate
• Support VFS payment solutions through development of new technologies and enhancements that deliver improved organizational productivity and response time
• Interact with Dealers, Customers, OEM Partners to deliver exceptional customer service and innovative solutions
• Provide accurate reporting as required
• Perform other duties and special projects as required by the business
• Occasional travel required

Education and Experience:
• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or similar preferred
• 3+ years’ experience working with IT Business Analysts or 3rd party vendors to deliver technical business solutions
• 1+ years’ experience in project management
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma Methodology
• Knowledge and experience with Dealer Management Software and/or Procurement System products (ex: CDK, Karmak, Coupa, Oracle etc.) preferred
• Experience working with Ecommerce platforms preferred
• Proven experience including problem solving, research and analysis with strong analytical and quantitative statistical abilities including strong data manipulation skills
