We are hiring: Parts Sales and Service Solutions Director

 

Position Summary: The Parts Sales and Service Solutions Director for Mack Mexico is responsible is responsible to develop and implement the commercial strategy for aftermarket parts and service solutions sales in the Mexican market as well as support the development and implementation of Service Solutions in other Export markets as required.

Lead the support team of people responsible of parts sales and service solutions sales to efficiently increase parts revenue, profitability, and uptime services portfolio across the Mexican Market

 

Profile:

  • Schooling: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: +10 years progressive experience in parts sales, parts operations, supply chain, inventory management or service solutions preferable in the heavy-duty commercial vehicle industry
  • Language: Advanced English.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on leadership role suited for someone who is comfortable building scalable processes from scratch, working with warehouse operations when needed, and partnering closely with master dealer, suppliers, and internal teams to drive measurable improvements in aftermarket performance
  • Grow parts sales, maintain the profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Support critical situations by coordinating expedited parts sourcing, logistics, and dealer communication
  • Lead, coach, and develop the parts team through performance management, succession planning, and leadership 
  • Drive sales growth, market share, and product goal achievement by analysing performance data, identifying opportunities, and executing promotional and operational strategies
  • Establish, monitor, and drive accountability for financial and operational KPIs
  • Accountable for commercial strategy development 
  • Align strategies between suppliers, customers, and commercial teams 
  • Drive commercial needs through cross functional projects – new business opportunities 
  • Uptime co-responsibility for Mack Export 
  • Identify opportunities to improve dealer profitability, customer uptime, and overall aftermarket growth
  • Drive the methodology to increase customer satisfaction within aftermarket
  • VDSP Responsibility for Mexican Market and support the development of Mexican suppliers to foster the business in other Export Markets
  • Deploy Parts Sales strategy and work together with vendors to increase parts and aftermarket services penetration
  • Responsible to develop, implement and continuously improve the Mack Export aftermarket strategy 
  • Secure a strong and solid network with the North America organization 
  • Develop and implement commercial strategy for service contracts, telematics, and fleet management    tools
  • Collaborate and support truck sales with joint solutions through aftermarket parts and services to improve TCO and market penetration

 

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Work Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (On-site).
