Escolaridad: Carrera Técnica, Ingeniería en Seguridad Industrial e Higiene Ocupacional, Ing. INdustrial, Ambiental, Civil y Gestión empresarial.
Experiencia: Conocimiento en normatividad de seguridad y salud (STPS).
Idioma: Inglés (Básico).
Misión de la vacante: Mantener el nivel de cultura organizacional establecido en cuanto a 5’s, calidad, seguridad, competencia y FTT. Mediante la realización de recorridos y retroalimentación con temas de seguridad por área, así como una capacitación rápida el personal que lo requiera.
Actividades principales:
- Observar, respetar y hacer respetar las normas de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo establecidas por las autoridades.
- Observar, respetar y hacer respetar las normas de Cuidado Ambiental establecidas por las autoridades.
- Observar, respetar y hacer respetar las normas de Calidad de Producto que aplique a su proceso.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos de Seguridad establecidos por la organización.
- Realizar recorridos de en planta para asegurar que se esté cumpliendo los estándares de seguridad
- Participar activamente en las brigadas contra emergencias y simulacros programados
- Realizar capacitación y charlas de seguridad con personal operativo.
- Conocer y dar seguimiento a la normatividad aplicable en temas de seguridad y salud.
- Impartir cursos de inducción para contratistas y proveedores.
- Dar seguimiento al uso correcto del equipo de protección personal.
- Liderear proyectos de mejora en temas de seguridad en estaciones de trabajo.
