Who are you?

You’re a student who’s curious about how things move, flow, and get done in a manufacturing environment. You like digging into data, spotting patterns, and finding ways to make processes better. You’re comfortable asking questions, learning new tools, and working with others to solve problems.

  • You’re working toward a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • You enjoy working with data and building reports (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
  • You’re interested in automation, digital tools, and problem solving
  • You’re a team player, but also able to work independently and take initiative
  • Most importantly—you’re excited to learn, grow, and make a real impact during your co-op
  • Applicants have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the co-op.
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
  • Co-ops are not enrolled in academic courses during their co-op rotation and may work up to 40 hours per week

What you will do

As a co-op in our Logistics Engineering team, you’ll:

  • Develop work standards using standard time measurement to support production efficiency
  • Analyze and help reduce production downtime through logistics and material flow improvements
  • Support automation projects and help implement digital tools
  • Create and maintain digitalized reports and dashboards for performance tracking
  • Participate in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, engineering, and IT

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
