Who are we
In Hallsberg we are a team of 10 individuals dedicated to our purchasing organization. Within this team, we have 6 buyers who operate within a regional structure, collaborating with colleagues from various locations across the globe. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, where your skills and contributions will be recognized and appreciated. Who are you?
We are looking for an open-minded team player with good communication skills. You possess a strong drive and demonstrate a proactive approach by taking ownership of your work.
Your technical understanding and analytical mindset will be highly valued as you challenge the existing setup and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
You have proven experience in procurement or a related field with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A solid understanding of modern production processes, materials, supply chain, operations, and quality standards would be considered an asset.
