As a Material Controller, you are the link between supplier and production. You ensure that the right material is in place at the right time. You take responsibility for a defined assortment, drive supplier performance and optimize the logistics chain both internally and externally.
But this is more than a coordination role. You're a change agent who uses tools like Power BI and Power Automate to digitize and streamline processes. You challenge the habitual, identify opportunities for improvement and help the team develop.
Your duties
- Ensure direct material within set time frames
- Act on deviations and inform relevant stakeholders
- Develop suppliers' delivery capabilities
- Optimize logistics flows for smarter take-home and handling
- Together with the team, improve working methods and drive innovation
- Create and maintain reports and automations with Power BI and Power Automate
- Work goal-oriented, both individually and in groups, towards set goals
Your future team
You step into a dynamic environment where technology meets meaning. Here, your work makes a difference — not just for your team, but for the transport and infrastructure solutions of the future. Together with committed colleagues, you are involved in shaping the next generation of logistics, with innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement as driving forces.
Who are you?
You're not just experienced — you're curious, driven, and ready to make a difference. You have:
- Several years of experience in similar roles
- Higher education with a specialization in logistics or equivalent
- Good communication skills and a proactive way of working
- Ability to work goal-oriented and commercially
- Solid knowledge in material planning and needs calculation
- Good knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Power Automate and MS Office
