Customer Service Representative – London Heathrow
Salary up to £28k + overtime
Covering a rotating shift:
0600hrs to 1430hrs/0930hrs to 1800hrs
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused CSR to join our team at Volvo Truck and Bus in Hayes. This is a key role, acting as the link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.
What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles for service, maintenance, and repair
- Accurately capture customer requirements and raise job cards
- Provide clear and regular updates on vehicle progress, costs, and completion times
- Liaise closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and explain work carried out to customers
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ensure all administrative tasks and records are completed accurately
- Promote additional services and products where appropriate
Who are you?
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor/CSR or in a similar automotive/commercial vehicle role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good technical understanding of vehicles (HGV or PSV experience desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using IT systems and service management software
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with attention to detail
