Role and Responsibilities

  • Standard operating procedures preparation & frequent validation
  • One point lesson preparation & frequent validation
  • Additional instructions, Temporary instructions preparation & frequent validation
  • Distribution of Sprint to Production team
  • Distribution of Batch change report to Production team
  • Support in Value added & non-value-added activities study on Production line- Time study, Spaghetti chart for motion study
  • Support in Ergonomic studies on Production line, improvement concept development & implement
  • Support to work on process & quality issues to have temporary & permanent action
  • Validation & updation of tooling list
  • Working on layout modification preparation/updation in AutoCAD
  • Prepare local tooling drawing
  • Support in TR validation & Process audits
  • Sprint Vs Actual process validation
  • Sprint Vs Actual bill of material validation
  • Support in documentation & data analysis

Qualification and Education Requirements

  • B.E in ­Mechanical / Automobile / Electronics and Communication / Electrical and Electronics Engineering 

Preferred Skills:

  • AutoCAD
  • App development
  • MS Office
  • Microsoft office 365
  • Python programming
