Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. What you will do

At Volvo Group, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. In this role, you will support daily production operations by managing live-time data, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous process improvement activities. You will learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, overburden, and waste within the assembly process. Your work will involve collaborating closely with production leaders, team leaders, and quality teams to analyze data, support root-cause investigations, and contribute to digitalization strategies. You will also play a part in safety initiatives, process validation, and the implementation of engineering changes, all while developing a strong foundation in modern production systems.

As part of our commitment to nurturing young talent, we invite fresh engineering graduates to join us under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and work alongside experts on real-world projects.

Your future team

You will join a dynamic production team within GTO IM, working alongside experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds in logistics, quality, maintenance, and production. Our team values open communication, continuous learning, and a collaborative spirit, creating an environment where every member is empowered to contribute and grow.
