About NATS

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) to support the execution of a large-scale industrial capacity expansion project. This role provides hands-on exposure to project planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, and industrial infrastructure development in a manufacturing environment.

The trainee will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, documentation control, tracking of milestones, and coordination with stakeholders.

Learning Exposure

The trainee will gain exposure to:

  • Industrial project lifecycle (concept to commissioning)
  • Capex planning & cost control
  • Factory layout & infrastructure planning
  • Vendor management & contract execution
  • Risk management in large-scale projects

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial Engineering
  • 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates eligible)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
