Who are you?

We are looking for a senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end logistics activities in support of industrial projects. The assignment requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to ensure logistics requirements are defined, validated, and implemented effectively to enable efficient, cost-optimized, and sustainable operations.

The Project Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for logistics within cross-functional projects and act as the voice of end-to-end logistics across all phases of the industrial project.

This is a 1-year contractual opportunity supporting a strategic industrial project.

What you will do

The Project Manager will be expected to:

  • Lead logistics activities related to industrial development projects.
  • Collaborate across functions to gather, validate, and secure logistics requirements
  • Analyze end-to-end logistics impacts and risks, including:
    • internal and external material flows
    • packaging solutions impact on storage and flows
    • equipment
    • systems
    • lead times
  • Coordinate project activities and manage interdependencies with other projects
  • Drive logistics development projects and initiatives as needed
  • Define logistics requirements for IT solution development
  • Develop cost estimates and business cases to support logistics strategies and investments
  • Support execution on the floor and ensure practical implementation of logistics solutions where required

Required qualifications and experience

The ideal Project Manager has deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and proven experience leading industrial or logistics master planning projects in greenfield or brownfield environments.

The profile combines senior leadership capability with hands-on operational understanding and the ability to translate strategy into execution.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics engineering or project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Strong project management capability; PMP certification is an advantage
  • Proven experience in risk and change management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent skills in prioritization, problem-solving, negotiation, planning, and proactive execution
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts
  • Experience in data handling and visualization
