What you will do
- Analyze current and optimize Assembly/Weld processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance process quality.
- Understanding End to End flow/Process.
- Work on Continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and productivity gains
- Use data analytics for defect rates, downtime & Track key performance indicators (KPIs) through Digitilization.
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
Who are you?
- A passionate and driven Mechanical Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical) with specialization in Production Engineering or Robotics.
- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation, along with a good understanding of Lean tools and basic Data Analytics.
- Keen on applying modern manufacturing and optimization techniques to improve processes and efficiency.
- A strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills. Communicate effectively in English and Kannada (both spoken and written), enabling seamless collaboration across teams.
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
- Energetic with a strong drive for improvement
