We can offer you an exciting and stimulating position with significant responsibilities for the Lyon & International region within the Service Operations & Technology.
We are currently looking for Junior Project Management to step into several major projects in Lyon & International area, taking part of our major breakthrough in supply chain efficiency and customer service .
As a Junior Project Manager, the role supports multiple strategic and operational projects, contributing structure, analysis, and momentum in complex and evolving environments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Structure & Coordination: Support the design and maintenance of project frameworks, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity of objectives, and timely follow-up.
- Analytical & Strategic Support: Contribute to problem structuring and analysis in early-stage initiatives. Break down complex challenges into actionable components and support decision-making with data, insights, and scenario analysis. Identify risks, assumptions, and trade-offs, escalating issues thoughtfully when needed.
- Stakeholder & Communication Support. Work closely with key stakeholders across Service Operations & Technology, After-Sales, Transport, Purchasing, Real Estate, IT, and more to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with global business objectives. Communicate progress and insights with clarity, objectivity, and professionalism, even in volatile contexts.
- Execution in Dynamic Environments: Operate effectively in environments characterized by uncertainty, change, and competing priorities. Support senior project managers or sponsors in navigating complexity and driving impact.
Who are you?
- High-potential graduate with strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Structured thinker able to organize complex projects and information
- Clear communicator and effective coordinator
- Strong motivation to grow into a project management role
- Fluency in English; other languages a plus
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, warehouse setup, and distribution logistics as a plus
- Maximum two years of previous full time working experience prior or after graduation
Additional information
The position will require occasional travel. You will report to the head of regional distribution center. The position is based in Hoskote, India.
