About the Role:
Volvo Group India is seeking exceptional defense veterans to join our dynamic team. This unique opportunity offers a 9-month consulting assignment to gain in-depth knowledge of Administration strategies and practices. Upon successful completion, selected candidates will have an opportunity to be hired as full-time Administration role depending on the business requirements and performance of the individual.
Job Location – Hoskote, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Manage & supervise travel vendor partners, both internal & external - operations management, conduct reviews and address escalations.
- Manage & supervise cafeteria vendor partners, operations management ,conduct reviews and address escalations.
- To engage & liaison with external stakeholders including government departments.
- Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records of vendor partners in scope.
- Solves vendor issues regarding shipments, billing, and statements, receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills.
- Handles event planning end to end covering F&B for meetings, conferences, gifting, etc.
- Performs other related duties as needed.

- Military Experience: 8-15 years of experience in the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force
