주요업무Job description
- 트럭 모니터링 관제 시스템을 통한 사전 예약 관리 운영 (VOSP/Pre-Planning)
- 리셉션 고객 지원 업무 (접수, 정비상담, 보증업무 일부)
- Service Contract & Volvo Connect 계약 및 차량 관리 업무 지원
- 고객만족도(CS) 개선 활동 업무 지원 (CS Communicator)
- 트럭 정비 현황 관리 (고객대기실)
자격요건 Qualifications
- 학력 (전문대졸 이상)/전공 무관 (자동차 관련 학과 전공자 우대)
- 경력 무관 (자동차관련 리셉션 업무 유경험자 및 정비경력자 우대)
- MS Office 활용능력 (실무 활용 가능자)
- 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자
- 보훈대상자/장애인 우대
- 연장 근무 가능자
* 우대 사항 : 대형 운전면허 ,자동차 정비, 건설기계 정비 자격증 보유

- 근무 시간 : 월~금 07:00~16:00 (비즈니스 환경에 따라 조정될 수 있음)
- 휴일: 토요일, 일요일, 공휴일
- 휴가: 연차휴가, 특별휴가, 경조휴가 등
- 급여: 협의 (연장 근무 수당 별도 지급)
