Head of Digital & IT는 볼보트럭코리아의 비즈니스 전략과 디지털 실행을 연결하는 리더로서, IT 전략·거버넌스·정보보안·개인정보보호·비즈니스 시스템·인프라 및 사용자 지원 전반을 총괄합니다. 국내 사업의 우선순위를 글로벌 Digital & IT 방향성과 정렬하고, 안정적이고 안전한 IT 서비스를 기반으로 업무 효율, 고객 경험 및 데이터 기반 의사결정을 향상시킵니다.

본 포지션은 경영진의 전략 파트너이자 볼보트럭코리아 IT 책임자로서 디지털 로드맵과 핵심 애플리케이션과 IT 자산의 전 생애주기를 관리하고, 정보보안 및 개인정보 관련 이슈에 대한 신속한 대응 체계를 이끌며, 글로벌 D&IT 조직과 공급업체와 협업하여 지속 가능한 비즈니스 성과와 규정 준수를 확보합니다.

Head of Digital & IT serves as the leader connecting Volvo Trucks Korea’s business strategy with digital execution and has overall responsibility for IT strategy, governance, cyber security, personal information protection, business systems, infrastructure, and end-user support. The role aligns local business priorities with the global Digital & IT direction and enhances operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making through stable and secure IT services.

As a strategic partner to the executive management team and the senior IT leader for Volvo Trucks Korea, this position manages the full lifecycle of the digital roadmap, core applications, and IT assets; leads a rapid response framework for cyber security and personal information matters; and collaborates with the global D&IT organization and suppliers to ensure sustainable business outcomes and compliance.

Connect business strategy with Digital & IT execution to ensure secure and reliable IT operations while continuously improving the value of core systems and the user experience. At the same time, strengthen governance over cyber security, personal information, and IT assets, and support company growth and operational efficiency through digital innovation, including data and AI.

주요 업무 및 책임 (MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES)

1. Digital & IT 전략 및 거버넌스
•    회사의 중장기 사업전략과 연계된 Digital & IT 전략, 로드맵 및 연간 실행계획 수립
•    IT 투자 포트폴리오, 예산, 계약, KPI 및 리스크를 통합 관리
•    글로벌 표준과 국내 비즈니스 요구사항을 조율하고, IT 정책·프로세스·의사결정 체계의 일관성 확보
2. 비즈니스 시스템 및 디지털 혁신
•    영업관리, 생산관리, 딜러관리시스템, 재무 시스템의 안정적 운영과 개선 로드맵 총괄
•    현업 요구사항 분석, 우선순위 설정, 공급업체 관리, 테스트 및 배포를 포함한 로컬 비즈니스 시스템 변경의 전 과정 관리
•    데이터, 자동화, 생성형 AI 및 디지털 도구의 책임 있는 도입을 통해 업무 생산성과 고객가치 향상
3. IT 운영 및 서비스 관리
•    Group IT와 협업하여 네트워크, 서버, 엔드포인트, 협업도구 및 현장 IT 서비스의 가용성·성능·복원력 관리
•    ServiceNow 기반 Incident, Request, Problem, Change 및 IT 자산 라이프사이클 프로세스를 운영하고 Helpdesk·Deskside 지원의 서비스 품질 향상
4. 정보보안, 개인정보보호 및 컴플라이언스
•    정보자산의 기밀성·무결성·가용성을 기준으로 사이버보안 및 개인정보 리스크를 평가하고 개선조치 실행
•    사이버보안·정보유출 사고 발생 시 보고, 격리, 증거보존, 조사, 복구 및 재발방지를 포함한 대응 총괄
•    국내 개인정보보호 법규와 Volvo Group 정책 준수, 접근권한·개인정보 동의·감사·사이버보안 교육 및 인식제고 관리
5. 조직 리더십, 공급업체 및 비용 관리
•    Digital & IT 팀의 목표·역할·역량개발을 이끌고, 협업과 책임에 기반한 고성과 문화 조성
•    글로벌 IT 조직, 국내 경영진, 현업부서 및 외부 파트너 간의 전략적 협업 강화
•    연간 IT 예산, 소프트웨어 자산관리(SAM), 장비 구매 및 공급업체 계약을 관리하고 비용 투명성과 투자효과 확보

1. Digital & IT Strategy and Governance
•    Develop the Digital & IT strategy, roadmap, and annual execution plan aligned with the company’s medium- and long-term business strategy.
•    Manage the IT investment portfolio, budget, contracts, KPIs, and risks in an integrated manner.
•    Balance global standards with local business requirements and ensure consistency across IT policies, processes, and decision-making frameworks.
2. Business Systems and Digital Innovation
•    Oversee reliable operations and improvement roadmaps for sales management, production management, dealer management, and finance systems.
•    Manage the full lifecycle of local business systems changes, including business requirements analysis, prioritization, supplier management, testing, and deployment.
•    Improve productivity and customer value through the responsible adoption of data, automation, generative AI, and digital tools.
3. IT Operations and Service Management
•    Collaborate with Group IT to manage the availability, performance, and resilience of networks, servers, endpoints, collaboration tools, and on-site IT services.
•    Operate ServiceNow-based Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and IT asset lifecycle processes, and improve service quality across Helpdesk and Deskside support.
4. Cyber Security, Personal Information Protection, and Compliance
•    Assess cyber security and personal information risks based on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, and implement corrective actions.
•    Lead responses to cybersecurity and data leakage incidents, including reporting, containment, evidence preservation, investigation, recovery, and recurrence prevention.
•    Ensure compliance with Korean personal information protection laws and Volvo Group policies, and manage access rights, personal information consent, audits, security training, and awareness initiatives.
5. Organizational Leadership, Supplier Management, and Cost Management
•    Lead the Digital & IT team’s objectives, roles, and capability development, and foster a high-performance culture built on collaboration and accountability.
•    Strengthen strategic collaboration among the global IT organization, local executive management, business functions, and external partners.
•    Manage the annual IT budget, software asset management (SAM), equipment procurement, and supplier contracts, ensuring cost transparency and return on investment.

자격 요건 (REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE)

1. 학력 / 자격 (Education / Professional Qualifications)

• 컴퓨터공학, 정보시스템, 경영정보, 산업공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 이상
• CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, 개인정보보호 또는 클라우드 관련 자격 보유자 우대

2. 경력 (Experience)

• 글로벌 중견 또는 대기업의 IT/Digital 분야 15년 이상 경력과 조직 책임자 또는 이에 준하는 리더십 및 Project Manager 경험
• IT 전략, 비즈니스 시스템, 인프라·서비스 운영, 사이버보안 및 개인정보보호를 아우르는 폭넓은 실무 경험
• 글로벌 매트릭스 조직에서 복수 이해관계자를 조율하고 대규모 변화·프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끈 경험
• 자동차, 상용차, 유통·서비스 또는 제조 산업 경험자 우대

3. 언어 (Language)

• 한국어 능통 및 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량 필수
• 영문 경영진 보고서 작성과 글로벌 회의·협상 진행이 가능한 수준

1. Education / Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, CPPG, or cloud-related certifications are preferred.

2. Experience

• At least 15 years of experience in IT/Digital within a global mid-sized or large enterprise, including experience as a functional leader or in an equivalent leadership role, as well as project management experience.
• Broad hands-on experience across IT strategy, business systems, infrastructure and service operations, cyber security, and personal information protection.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and successfully leading large-scale change initiatives and projects in a global matrix organization.
• Experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, distribution and service, or manufacturing industries is preferred.

3. Language

• Fluency in Korean and strong business communication skills in English are required.
• Ability to prepare executive reports in English and lead global meetings and negotiations.
