What you will do
At FCA Team you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. The purpose of this role is:
Managing inventory accounting processes, recording financial transactions, ensuring accurate cost tracking, and reconciling accounts between operational systems and financial records.
Main Responsibilites:
- Manage end-to-end inventory accounting and cost tracking, ensuring accurate valuation and recording of all inventory transactions
- Record and control all purchase invoices and expenses (vehicles, spare parts, services, insurance, imports) in ERP systems
- Perform reconciliations between inventory, general ledger, and operational systems; resolve discrepancies
- Monitor goods in transit, temporary accounts, and credit accounts, ensuring timely closure and accurate balances
- Process dealer, warranty, price difference, and other invoices, including returns, adjustments, and e-invoicing
- Prepare and analyse periodic financial and inventory reports, ensuring alignment with sales and operational data
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including accruals, journal entries
- Identify and resolve inventory variances, stock differences, and system inconsistencies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements, and support audit processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, dealers) and contribute to process improvement
Who are you?

- Graduation degree from Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and/or industry
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside cross-functional teams
- Proactive attitude with a keen interest in process monitoring and improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proficiency in MS Excel with demonstrated experience
- Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
