What you will do

At Renault Trucks you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Act as the help desk for the dealer network and customers regarding complex technical repair and warranty/goodwill requests
•    Perform warranty quality audits based on claim details provided by the warranty department
•    Improve customer satisfaction by sharing and following up on new technical information with dealers
•    Attend and follow up on relevant trainings and meetings organized by departments such as GTT, RTI, and Volvo Group University
•    Conduct regular visits to dealers and customers
•    Ensure private dealer workshops apply correct repair procedures and perform proper repairs through periodic visits
•    Evaluate the competence levels of private dealer workshop technicians, service equipment, and special tools
•    Provide feedback and compile necessary reports for relevant stakeholders
•    Ensure effective use of warranty and goodwill budgets by evaluating and inspecting related cases
•    Support the sales team when required
•    Provide assistance to the Service 24/7 team when needed

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering fields
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service, aftersales, or warranty operations (preferably in the automotive or heavy-duty vehicle industry)
•    Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support dealers and customers
•    Ability to analyze technical problems and provide practical solutions
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications and technical documentation tools
•    Good command of English, both written and spoken
•    Willingness to travel frequently for dealer and customer visits
•    Strong reporting and documentation skills
•    Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
