What you will do
At Volvo Financial Services Türkiye you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
The main responsibilities of the position are:
• Controlling all accounting and tax-related processes and providing guidance to the accounting team.
• Ensuring all tax declarations are prepared, reviewed, and paid on time.
• Managing the month-end closing process and reviewing closing journal entries.
• Verifying trial balances for compliance with regulations.
• Preparing monthly financial results for consolidation in line with Volvo Group FPP (Financial Policies and Procedures).
• Preparing and reviewing Central Bank, Risk Center, and BDDK reports in accordance with legal requirements.
• Preparing portfolio reports for general and specific reserve calculations.
• Monitoring loan requirements and supporting financing activities.
• Following up and managing the e-ledger process.
• Supporting internal control activities, year-end financial audits, and regulatory audits.
• Acting as an active member in IT system evaluations to ensure system compliance with legal requirements.
• Demonstrating fair and proactive leadership in managing the accounting team.
• Preparing financial reports to support business planning processes.

The main requirements in this role are:
• BS degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Min 10 years of experience; in financial institutions such as leasing or credit companies is an asset
• Strong knowledge of local and international accounting principles, including IFRS and BDDK regulations
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
• Hands-on experience with accounting software systems and MS Office applications
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• High level of integrity and strong sense of confidentiality
