Volvo Penta Türkiye is hiring interns for our Marine Engine Sales and Marine Engine Service Market teams at our office in Istanbul.
This is a long term internship where you're in the real game from day one. You'll work on real projects, take real responsibility, and be part of a truly multinational team.

What we're looking for:
• 3rd or 4th year university student in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• Available at least 3 days a week
• Confident in English (written & spoken)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and task follow‑up
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• At least 3 days per week on-site
• A 6 month commitment to learn, try, and grow with us
What you'll do:
Marine Egine Sales Intern
• Support sales and application teams in daily operations
• Assist with application and sales-related activities
• Support after-sales processes when needed
• Contribute to customer and dealer-related projects
• Help prepare reports and presentations
Marine Engine Service Market Intern
• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting activities
• Monitor customer and dealer-related processes
• Follow up on campaign registrations and after-sales initiatives
• Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks
• Support continuous improvement projects within the team
