What you will do

At Renault Trucks Türkiye you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

 

The main responsibilities of the position are:

•Identifying fleet customers in Turkey with close monitoring of the sectors
•Providing inputs for product positioning and vehicle production plans based on customer needs analysis
•Determining necessary strategies to increase fleet sales penetration across Renault Trucks Türkiye and all dealer organizations
•Sharing necessary analyses with relevant product managers to keep the product portfolio up to date, considering market trends and customer needs on a sectoral basis
•Planning and implementing marketing activities based on sector analyses and customer interactions (such as roadshows, customer-focused regional events, coordination of test vehicles, factory tours for product introductions, domestic/international customer visits)
•During customer visits, identifying customer needs, presenting Renault Truck products and services (vehicles, service contracts, financing, etc.), highlighting their advantages compared to competitor products and persuading customers
•Ensuring that Renault Truck products are positioned correctly based on cost/benefit analysis from the customer’s perspective and Renault Trucks Türkiye benefits, leading to customer decisions to purchase Renault Trucks
•Conducting annual vehicle fleet analyses, developing strategies to increase penetration rates in regions/customers with low Renault Truck penetration.
•Establishing sustainable relationships between Renault Trucks Türkiye and upper management to identify regional and sectoral demands and develop strategies

The main requirements in this role are:
 

•Having a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics
•Min. 5 years of experience in heavy vehicles and/or automotive industry
•Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills
•Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed, energetic, strong bias for action
•Able to quickly understand customer needs and to deliver timely
•Good communication and collaboration among different teams
•Located in İstanbul
