What you will do
At Renault Trucks Türkiye you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
The main responsibilities of the position are:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for LCV (light commercial vehicle) products and related services to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial consultation and needs analysis to contract negotiation and vehicle delivery.
• Promote financing options, service packages, and value-added solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with workshop partners, body builders, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, promotional campaigns, and networking events to boost brand visibility and sales.

The main requirements in this role are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive and/or light vehicle industry
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial minded, results oriented, and self‑motivated
• Ability to analyze numerical data and provide practical, data‑driven solutions
• Effective problem‑solving and lateral thinking skills
