What you will do
Job Summary
• Work with Head of Market, Business Head and Service Manager as part of a cross-functional team together with distribution partners and regional functions to drive strategic business targets and dealer change management.
• Responsible for gaining alignment with Dealer Management for agreed customer satisfaction, penetration, sales and profitability targets for Uptime and Parts Services in dealer markets.
• Responsible for driving and holding Dealer Organization accountable for achieving agreed customer satisfaction, penetration, sales and profitability targets for Uptime and Parts Services in dealer markets.
• Support Region Uptime & Parts in prioritization of needs and agreed activity plans within the market, collaborate closely with colleagues and dealer partners to reach the targets.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop a high performing dealer network for markets, in close collaboration with Head of Market and Business Heads.
• Drive and develop a value-adding relationship with dealer partners, to align and secure with dealer buy-in towards achieving Volvo CE goals and strategy.
• Actively support, execute partnership meeting/Perform (PMP) to improve overall partnership performance of market
• Actively support the development and be accountable for the implementation of penetration, volume, profitability and customers satisfaction targets for Uptime and Parts Services in assigned markets
• Drive Parts & Uptime services penetration growth though sales and marketing initiatives for Dealers
• Through continuous presence in the assigned markets ensure a high level of market knowledge of, competitors, local pricing levels, trade regulations, customer expectations and market standard
• Key Contributor to decision on Price levels for Parts & Uptime Services for assigned markets including frontline decision on discounts for parts and uptime services and work within approved budgets and approval levels
• Achieve agreed Parts Penetration, Volume and Profitability targets as well as Dealer Parts Availability targets

Professional Qualifications & Additional Requirements
• University degree or appropriate academic qualification
• Minimum 10-15 years’ work experience in related role
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant commercial and/or channel sales management experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding in the Customer Support and Aftersales business
• Experience working in CE industry and/or SEA markets will be an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix structure / environment
• Excellent team player
• Process and Results driven
• Alignment with Volvo values and philosophy
• Good Verbal and written Fluency in English, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage
The role covers Indonesia and Timor Leste with occasional travel especially for domestic travel within Indonesia. The role will be based in Jakarta and hiring will be local offer package.
