What you will do
Assist Excavator product managers in collecting and analyzing user requirements, conducting user research and data analysis, and documenting findings( 协助挖掘机产品经理收集和分析用户需求，进行用户调研和数据分析，并撰写相关文档)
Contribute to the design of product features and performance. (参与产品功能和性能设计)
Manage Excavator options and Bill of Materials (BOM). (挖掘机选装和零件明细管理).
Excavator 3D management(挖掘机3D模型管理)
Conduct new technology studies, including but not limited to the current status and development trends, as well as application feasibility studies
(新技术研究: 包括但不限于新技术现状及发展趋势).
Documentation work(文档性工作).
Who are you?
Solid knowledge in Engineering, Product Management, or Marketing (工程学, 产品管理或市场营销领域具备扎实的理论知识).
Proficient in self-motivation and learning, open to new challenges. (良好的自我激励和学习能力，愿意接受新事物).
Effective communication and collaboration skills, proactive and a team player. (善于沟通和协作，积极主动并具备团队合作精神).
Proficient in English (speaking, writing, reading). (良好的英语口语，写作及阅读能力)
Skilled in at least one CAD software such as Catia, Creo, UG. (至少熟练掌握Catia，Creo, UG 中的一种三维绘图软件).
Skilled in office software like excel, PowerPoint, and photoshop is a plus. (熟练使用excel, PowerPoint 等办公软件，熟练使用photoshop者更佳)
