What you will do
Job Summary:
• Providing technical support to regions and dealers for respective functional area dedicated products.
• Monitor and follow up any issues within responsible region with respect to customer satisfaction, and make sure that our products function in an optimal manner in the customer’s daily work.
• Interact and communicate with stakeholders for product improvement and field support
Job Content:
1. Roles:
• Technical Product Specialist for related functions
• Technical area manager for releated Products
2. Main Responsibilities / Authorities:
• Answer CHAIN TS cases within respective functional area.
• Participate and represent GTS/ aftermarket in FQA/ PM/ TFR meetings for the respective function group or product group.
• Support FQA activities in the D and M phase with technical competence.
• Validate that field solution is applicable for the field quality issues.
• Write service bulletin manuscripts for issues within respective function group or product group.
• Calculate cost, request parts/ SW Kit for PU and Campaigns within respective function group or product group.
• Assist with the processing of complaints against suppliers.
• Coordinate and conduct visits to regions with specific technical and/or quality issues.
• Report mistakes in technical documentation.
• Immediately report accidents, near-miss incidents or serious injuries having to do with our products.
• Monitor and report market developments within his area with respect to customer satisfaction, product quality and product support.
• Participate in NPD projects.
• Market visits on a function group level: market visits per specific issue.
• Secure Volvo Group’s Quality, Safety & Health, Environmental Policy and code of conduct are implemented

Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
• Master or Bachelor of engineering with practical experience
• Knowledge of electrics and electronic & Electromobility
2. Key Skills:
