What you will do

At (ENTITY) you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will: 

  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documents including operator manuals, service manuals, and troubleshooting materials for new product launches.
  • Translate complex electromobility, hydraulic, and electrical& electronic and mechanical systems into easy‑to‑understand, compliant content by collaborating with engineering, R&D and other stakeholders. 
  • Manage end-to-end documentation lifecycle: research, draft, review, edit, illustrate, and publish content for global markets
  • Ensure all technical materials meet industry safety standards, ISO requirements, and internal brand guidelines for consistency and professionalism
  • Use technical authoring tools (such as Composer, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, CAD software, and content management systems) to create structured, scalable, and visually clear documentation
  • Support global field teams, dealers, and end users by delivering reliable, actionable technical content that improves safety, efficiency, and equipment uptime

Aftermarket Services Technology team, we focus on the business-critical aftermarket as part of technology function. We empower technical excellence by bridging engineering, field service and global customers to create reliable and customer centric solutions We create industry-leading aftermarket technical solutions to secure machine uptime and cohesive customer experience. We own aftermarket solutions for both new machine launch and end to end machine lifetime.

Who are you?

Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will bring: 

  • Engineering background master or bachlor degree, experience in construction machinery is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge integration ability, quick leaner of engineering document, including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems of construction equipment.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills with precise, clear technical language
  • Strong cross-team communication and project delivery ability
