What you will do
- This position leads and drives a complete set of VnV(Verification and Validation) and RV(Reliability Verification) solution to verify if the product can meet the design requirement and also validate the product fulfil the needs of customer in the actual situation.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
- Own VnV/RV Specifications, plan, method, budget and report within the development projects.
- Drive resources mainly from internal function team to execute all V&V/RV activities to support the product development.
- Work with crossfunction project members to find the solve the different problems before launch the machine to the customers.
- Continually improve V&V/RV method and operations quality, efficiency and cost by implementing existing tools or developing new tools as needed.
- Good understanding of the machine development process
- Good understanding of machine application, configuration, and system integration.
- Good understanding of project management process
- Good understanding of Product Risk Reduction, Problem Solving.
- Good knowledge of VnV specification, plan, method, budget, execution, report etc
- Good knowledge of Reliable Verification: New content rate analysis, Reliability Growth planning, execution and report etc.
- Good understanding of machine function test, reliability growth test etc
- Can drive the Wheel Loader and Excavator.
Can program and utilize different data acquisition system and sensors.
Who are you?
Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
BSc or higher within Engineering area or similar. And above 5 years experience in any of below working experience in the related industry.

- Comfortable in English both written and oral.
- Knowledge and skill in any area from NVH, Structure fatigatue life, Hydraulic, Engine, EE or eMob is a Plus
