Senior Engineer, Product Verification

What you will do

Roles:

• Verification and Validation, Reliability Verification process leader
• VnV method leader

 Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

• Own VnV/RV Specifications, plan, method, budget and report within the development projects.
• Drive resources to execute all V&V/RV activities to support the product development.
• Continually improve V&V/RV method and operations quality, efficiency and cost by implementing existing tools or developing new tools as needed.

Who are you?

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

• BSc or higher within Engineering area or similar.
• Above 10 years experience of testing or product development or service or application or quality assurance in the earthmoving machineray/construction equipment/auto area.

• Some travelling may be required.

• Can drive the Wheel Loader and Excavator.
• Good understanding of the machine development process
• Good understanding of machine application, configuration
• Good understanding of machine and system integration.
• Good understanding of law and regulation of the target marketing
• Good understanding of project management process and procedure
• Good understanding of machine function test, VPD and proto type build etc
• Good understanding of Product Risk Reduction, Problem Solving.
• Good knowledge of VnV Specification, plan, method, budget, execution, report etc
• Good knowledge of Reliable Verification: New content rate analysis, Reliability Growth planning, execution and report etc.
• Good sense of the balance for quality, time and cost.
