What you will do
As the Loader Product Platform Senior Engineer, you will:

Lead cross-functional R&D teams to develop next-generation electric loaders for global markets, acting as the key interface between engineering and sales.

Drive the entire product lifecycle—from concept to SOP—ensuring excellence in quality, cost, performance, and innovative features tailored to customer needs.

Collaborate with Volvo’s global sales experts to define market-driven product strategies, translating client insights into competitive technical solutions.

Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-schedule industrialization while maintaining Volvo’s leadership in premium, sustainable construction equipment.

Who are you?

A visionary engineer with 5+ years in heavy machinery/vehicle R&D, ideally in loaders or off-road equipment.

Proven experience as a technical project leader or product manager, adept at balancing stakeholder inputs (sales, engineering, manufacturing).

Deep understanding of electrification trends (battery systems, hybrid tech) and passion for sustainable innovation.

Fluent in English; global mindset to thrive in a multicultural team.
