What you will do
Volvo Group Southern Africa provides a Graduate opportunity in the following departments of Aftersales business: Parts, Business systems and Technical & warranty at Volvo Trucks Head Office.
This graduate position is situated in Boksburg.
Reporting: Senior Manager: Parts & Service Sales.
Job Objectives:
Parts and Service Sales
- Daily dealer invoicing via Truckshop.
- Daily follow up on Supplier invoices for Truckshop.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements against SAP entries.
- Assist with Month end reports.
- Assist with General Administration.
- Interaction with dealers and suppliers.
- Tasks may not be limited to Parts and Service Sales as occasional support might be required by the Service market Department.
