The Purpose of the role

 

The Main Purpose of the job is to provide high-quality sales administration and operational support to Key Account Managers and Territory Managers by coordinating deal processing, customer and dealer queries, documentation, compliance requirements, and internal stakeholder engagement to enable efficient sales execution and excellent customer experience.

 

Reporting: This role will report to the Sales Manager / Head of Sales.


Job Objectives:

 

  • Process and monitor sales deals, credit applications, and supporting documentation in line with internal processes and turnaround times.
  • Ensure all customer information, compliance documents, and deal records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers and Territory Managers.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including Credit, Risk, Operations, and Customer Service, to facilitate approvals, contracting, activation, and payout.
  • Respond to customer, dealer, and internal stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track deal status, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks or delays where required.
  • Prepare routine reports, maintain data integrity, and support sales pipeline visibility.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

Qualification & Job Experience:

 

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • 2-5 years' experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or a related commercial environment.
  • Experience in financial services, asset finance, vehicle finance, or credit administration will be advantageous.
  • Experience working with high-volume transactions, documentation control, and multiple stakeholders is preferred.

  • Strong administrative discipline and high attention to detail.
  • Sound understanding of sales support processes, documentation control, and service delivery.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across functions.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Numerical accuracy and the ability to handle data and reports.
  • Problem-solving ability and sound judgement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong service orientation.

  • Accuracy and completeness of deal documentation.
  • Turnaround time on deal processing and query resolution.
  • Compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality of support provided to Key Account Managers and Territory Managers.

  • Reporting accuracy and maintenance of data integrity.
