What you will do
At IOS you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
- Support users’ incidents based on criticality criteria
- Be part of the continuous improvement and digitalization journey, by contribute with and starting activities to increase delivery quality
- Support the design, documentation, and management of the local network
Your future team
Our team is responsible for 2 sites: Köping (Powertrain) and Flen (Circular Operations), both with a very diverse scope which will make your job even more fun, as learning will be a constant in your daily work. We support business critical equipment and solutions, and the implementation of global products and projects, what give us the opportunity for a great global network.
Who are you?

Be a people person: have good interpersonal communication to work in collaboration with others, patience with users, and keep control under stressful situations
- 3-4 years of experience with end-user support for Windows and Linux environment, and IT equipment maintenance
- Contribute with local and global initiatives and projects
- Proven experience working with network design, documentation and management
- Be able to work outside business hours, as required
- Advanced English, both written and speaking
- Are a plus:
- Previous industrial support experience
- ITIL V4 certification
Since the tasks require communication in Swedish, fluency in the language is a requirement
