What you will do

Here at Volvo Trucks, we are looking for Truck Workshop Customer Service Representative to join our Klaipėda workshop. 


As Truck Workshop Customer Service Representative, you will be joining our Service & Workshop team at our Truck Centre. Here we believe are at the forefront of Electromobility so you will also be working on providing service to clients of trucks with a range of systems which include alternative fuels such as LNG, hybrid and Full electric vehicles. You will work in a dynamic environment with professional and friendly colleagues. Teamwork and collaboration are the foundations of our business.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be directly responsible for ensuring that customer service related to vehicle repairs is carried out to the highest possible standard at this efficient and modern retail Truck Workshop.

 

Main activities and core responsibilities:

 

  • Greet all customers on arrival at the Truck Workshop in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Clarify for the customer and the workshop the basis for the repair – Retail/ Warranty/ Contract. 
  • Provide customer service for clients, consult and inform about vehicle maintenance, repairs and services provided.
  • Plan work in to the workshop schedule and organize truck repair works. 
  • Provide cost estimates.
  • Create job card/repair order for the work to be carried out.
  • Agree timescales for unscheduled work with customers and follow through to completion.
  • Be able to convert a workshop repair order into a sales invoice.
  • Communicate with customers after delivering services. 
  • Initiate process improvements and larger safety in the workplace

Skills/Qualifications

We’d expect you to have:
Willingness and ability to serve customers by providing them a great service experience
Work experience in customer service or sales
A basic working knowledge of vehicle technology
A desire to learn and improve
To be an active member of our team while being competent enough to develop new working processes or to enhance current ones
Technical education
A general level of computer literacy
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
Excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills
