Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. Responsible handling license/schedule waste submission/renewal to/from local authorities i.e,.JKKP, ESWIS.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions in a timely and professional manner.

Financial Tasks: Assist in handling branch finances, including processing payments, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the branch adheres to company policies and procedures, and prepare regular reports on branch activities, performance metrics, and compliance issues.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the branch, managing internal and external communications, and disseminating information to appropriate parties.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the branch is well-stocked and operational.

Education/Professional Qualifications/Experience required for the position:

  • Education: Minimum Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in a branch or office setting. Experience in customer service and financial management is a plus. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with office management software. Understanding Direct Distribution Channel Operations. 
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
