Intern: Manufacturing Engineer (Summer 2026)

This internship is designed for students with no prior manufacturing experience who want to develop practical skills while contributing to meaningful projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers and production teams, gaining hands-on exposure to modern manufacturing processes and tools.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manufacturing Engineering team in daily operations and improvement projects.
- Learn and apply basic principles of lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Support the creation and updating of work instructions and process documentation.
- Participate in hands-on activities on the production floor, including troubleshooting and process validation under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help meet company goals for quality, efficiency, and safety.

The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
