Tenemos buenas noticias ya que Volvo Group Peru está buscando un(a) Supervisor(a) de Almacén, siendo su principal propósito es:Administrar la cadena de suministro y sus operaciones logísticas tales como la compra, almacenamiento y despacho mediante el correcto uso de los recursos y lineamientos de la organización, con la finalidad de que los clientes internos y externos cuenten con los repuestos necesarios en el momento que lo demanden.

Funciones: 

• Asegurar la disponibilidad de repuestos para la operación de camiones, alineado a los requerimientos del taller, mostrador y operaciones remotas.
• Prevenir y gestionar quiebres de stock, mediante análisis de consumo, puntos de reposición y lead times ( Revision ratio de pedidos Emergencia VS Stock)
• Controlar y reducir Dead Stock y Pre Dead Stock (inventario obsoleto o sin rotación)
• Monitorear y optimizar la rotación de inventarios, asegurando niveles saludables y alineados a la demanda.
• Asegurar la exactitud del inventario (ERI), liderando conteos cíclicos, inventarios físicos y análisis de diferencias.
• Supervisar los procesos de recepción, almacenamiento, despacho y devolución de repuestos.
• Coordinar y dar soporte a los equipos de taller y mostrador, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos y procedimientos.
• Analizar indicadores clave (KPI’s) SI, TOR, DS, SHARE LPA, LOG INV.
• Desarrollar e implementar herramientas de automatización (Excel avanzado, Power BI, macros, sistemas ERP, dashboards) para optimizar la gestión y reducir tareas manuales.

Requisitos:

• Egresado(a) universitario(a) de las carreras profesionales de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
• Experiencia de 5 años en Logística, de los cuales 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares o en funciones de supervisión, coordinación o liderando procesos del almacén con personas a cargo (Indispensable).
• MS. Excel a nivel intermedio-avanzado (Indispensable).
• Conocimiento de herramientas BI a nivel intermedio (Indispensable).
• Conocimiento básico del producto Volvo (Deseable).
• Inglés Intermedio (Deseable).
• Contar con especialización el “Logística Integral”, “Supply Chain Management”, “Lean Logistics” o “Lean Manufacturing” (Deseable).
