Welcome to Renault Trucks Africa, Latin America & Asia Pacific. We are part of the Renault Trucks International division. We are a team of 40 people, 6 nationalities and 5 representative offices (Lyon, Tunis, Jakarta, Buenos Aires, Santiago). Our mission is to provide a 360° mobility solution and to contribute to Africa prosperity and sustainability through transport solution.

Our projects lead the Renault Trucks Africa & Lapac Competence development team to provide strategic learning to our different partners. We are committed to deliver learning solutions well rooted in todays and future business needs. Our learning solutions are accessible through our own learning management system, which combines e-learnings / Virtual Classrooms / Face to Face trainings / game applications on the Sales, Aftermarket and Technical areas.

Your mission :

 

•    Contribute to Renault Trucks Africa & Lapac learning management system, administrate, maintain and update,
•    Contribute to learning analysis & development,
•    Contribute to digital Game campaigns development and communication,
•    Contribute to training administration, invoicing,
•    Contribute to competence development projects,
•    Participate in competence development events throughout the year. 

Your profile :

 

  • You have great basis on digital communication, master Office 365 and are full of ideas to improve and support the Competence Development team towards a more digital world.
  • You deal with cultural diversity.
  • You like to have varied tasks and can move from one subject to another with agility.
  • You are proactive, curious, and like to work in a team.
  • Ideally you will start a Master 1, preferably in international trade, HR, competence development.
  • Your ability to communicate and make yourself understood (in French and in English) is mandatory (Spanish is a +)

We prefer the following alternating schedule : 3 weeks in company 1 week at school
