The job requires good networking, communication skills orally and verbally (English), and to work with people on different levels and in different areas, both towards internal and external stakeholders. Who are you?

Your mission
Within Group Trucks Purchasing Electromobility ESS (Energy Storage System) and EEA Electromechanics, you will bring support to the assistant of these two departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in a very exciting and challenging international environment. Your core responsibilities
•    Administrative support to the two departments 
•    Manage travels with our travel agency Egencia and travel bills
•    Manage the ordering of stationary and other consumables for the departments
•    Bring Support in managing SharePoint (Office 365 – communication and storage systems) 
•    Support in building the internal communication
•    Support in organizing live meetings (seminars)
•    Onboarding newcomers
•    Contribute to organize bigger events at GTP level 


Your profile •    You prepare a BTS Assistant manager looking for an apprenticeship contract
•    Innovative, curious and pro-active mindset 
•    Appetite for digitalization with a good knowledge of Office 365 tools
•    Team player with high level of collaboration capabilities, you like to “make things happen”
•    Like team working
•    Networking
•    Effective communication skills
•    Well-organized and flexible
•    Good knowledge in written and oral English.

Travelling: very occasionally to no travel
