You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and sales processes to drive efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales performance. You will act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- CRM Management:
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within the CRM database.
- Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and standards from the ground up.
- Train and support sales and customer service teams on CRM usage and best practices.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and enforce sales process guidelines and workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate CRM and sales process updates, changes, and best practices to all relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
- Utilize CRM data to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
- Customer Experience:
- Develop and implement strategies, in collaboration with the customer service team, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
