Flexis - Elementary Function Pilot M/F

At Flexis we are creating a new company in the green logistics sector, on a mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities. 

We are looking for an Elementary Function Pilot for a permanent position in the Paris region. Our head office is located in Villebon-sur-Yvette (91). Regular travel in the Paris region is to be expected.

We are a team of 4 people who work in collaboration with various stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the best possible adaptation of our vehicles for our customers and/or specific businesses.  

Your main tasks:  

• Work with the team to define and implement the best vehicle adaptations.  
• Contribute to project profitability and customer satisfaction by managing business deliverables (design, validation, industrialization) within your scope. 
• Collaborate with the Conversion Project Manager and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.  
• Contribute to the drafting of Product/Process Development summaries and present them to stakeholders.  
• Ensure that product/process activities are consistent with master planning to achieve the project's QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Scope) objectives.  
• Ensure compliance with deliverable milestones. 

Who are you?  

You have an engineering degree.  

You have 3 to 5 years' successful experience, preferably in the automotive sector.  

You have skills in design tools such as Catia.  

You enjoy working on the technical side as well as cross-functional, team-based project management. You have a talent for creating and maintaining solid professional connections.  

Your rigor and organization, as well as your sense of initiative, make you the ideal team member to join our department. 

Fluent English required.
