We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-brand Aftersales Project Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the aftersales offer for our electric vehicle range, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing aftersales strategies and managing multi-brand service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and execute comprehensive aftersales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•    Manage multi-brand service operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient service delivery.
•    Monitor and analyze aftersales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of aftersales services with overall business objectives.
•    Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
•    Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
•    Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in aftersales services.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in aftersales management, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
•    Strong understanding of multi-brand service operations and customer service excellence.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
•    Proficiency in using Excel and Power BI

To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis will receive initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.
