We are seeking a dynamic Price Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on the packaging of our total offer, encompassing both hardware and services. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing pricing strategies that reflect the integrated value of our electric vehicles and associated services, ultimately supporting our goal to price our offerings as "Vehicles as a Service" (VaaS).

Your expertise will contribute to the financial success of Flexis while aligning with the overall business strategy.
 

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for our products and services, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the company's revenue and margin goals.
  • Package the total offer, combining hardware (electric vehicles) and services (maintenance, charging infrastructure, software solutions) into cohesive and compelling value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions and ensure our offerings meet market demands.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance, making adjustments as needed to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams to integrate pricing strategies across the business.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support sales teams in their negotiations and customer interactions.
  • Provide pricing insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and guidelines.
  • Train and support sales teams on pricing strategies and tactics.
  • Continuously review and refine pricing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt/improve pricing strategies to meet customer needs and market conditions.
     

 

 

What you bring :

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing strategy development and implementation, ideally within the automotive, logistics, or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in pricing tools and software, and strong Excel skills.
  • Creative and customer obsessed !
  • Background in E-mobility & strong sustainability commitment is a plus.
  • Act as a real team player with an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable pricing strategies.
  • Expertise in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey pricing strategies and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are nice to have.

We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
