We are seeking a dealer-oriented and pragmatic Repair Network leader to set up and carry out a network of authorized workshops, to support an aggressive growth on Services & Solutions and to insure customer experience. 
As member of the Services & Solutions Team, you will report to the Head of Services & Solutions and be a key contributor in the implementation of the services provided to our customers.
Retail is core business and crucial for the success of the new company success 
The Retail Network Leader will drive and develop the commercial retail network set up and to contribute to the sustainable success of our new company.
 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Define the support service agreement with Volvo Group and Renault Group for the retail activities of the new company.
  • Define and sign the Service Level agreement with the selected repairing workshops.
  • In collaboration with the aftermarket team and Sales and Marketing, define and roll out lean and disruptive retail processes and tool
  • Drive for best practices by continuous improvements performance within retail.
  • Take part in projects to align or develop workshop processes, find synergies to improve customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies. 
  • Secure and support our Sales & Marketing and Services & Solutions departments to work in a proactive way with workshop processes, retail plans and strive for a well performing network. This includes consolidation and follow up of several KPIs, audits, customer satisfaction initiatives and competence activities.  

 

Extensive travelling required.

 

What you bring :

  • Proven track record in services, aftermarket or sales and retail.
  • Previous experience in B2B business
  • Master's degree in business or engineering
  • Proven ability to manage projects
  • Innovative and proactive
  • Customer oriented
  • Experience in deployment of change management and continuous improvements 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), ideally fluent in French

We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
