As one of the initial members of our French team, you will support sales team organization, working closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team, and collaborating with marketing, Services & Solutions, product development and others cross functional teams.

This role is pivotal in assisting our Key Account Managers with structuring, managing and expanding our client base, ensuring the highest level of customer inputs, support and satisfaction as well as driving sales growth.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Support Key Account Managers 

  • Assist KAMs in managing relationships with key clients in the EV and mobility sectors.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support KAMs in identifying new business opportunities, focusing on Logistics Players, Cargo Owner & Urban Logistics & Last Mile Delivery actors.

 

Client Relationship Management (CRM) 

  • Interfaces management: supports updates, follow up & modules evolutions & related features.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant client information. Serve as a point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients in line with KAM recommendations & tactics (visits reports, next steps plans…)

 

Sales Support Activities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Contribute to Sales processes creation, maintenance and improvement.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate reports to track progress against targets.

 

What you bring :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the EV or mobility sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
  • You speak fluent English and French and enjoy working in an international team and environment.
  • A proactive and client-focused attitude.

We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
