At Flexis we are creating a new company in the green logistics sector, on a mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities. 

 

 

We are seeking a dynamic Uptime Service Leader for a permanent contract in Lyon (69). 

 

The goal of the UPTIME Service is to maximize the vehicles availability.

 

The UPTIME Service Leader is in charge to define, develop, deploy, maintain and monitor the performance of the service, as well as the tools and methods to enable its proper execution from an end-to-end perspective considering the entire customer value chain.
 

Main activities

 

  • Define the content of the service and its value proposition.
  • Coordinate the development of the functionalities that constitute the service.
  • Manage test phases and validate key success factors with end users.
  • Develop and optimize tools and methods.
  • Deploy tools and methods end-to-end in the customer value chain.
  • Collect end user feedbacks/needs for the sake of continuous improvement.
  • Manage the measurement of service performance.
  • Prepare and define requirements to our partners from the Renault Group, Volvo Group and others technological partners and be responsible to set corresponding SLAs.
  • Be the expert in this area for support Sales & Marketing team as well as other Flexis organization on request.
     

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in service design, preferably in automotive, logistic or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicles, fleet management, and predictive maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of digital tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Fluent in both English and French
