Flexis - Business Contracts Manager

Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move goods through cities. 

 

Mission

 

  • Contribute to the sustainable performance of Flexis and its efficient creation by managing the operational and contractual relationship with the Motherships Renault Group (RG) & Volvo Group (VG), particularly: reciprocal service agreements (transitory and long-term) between Flexis and the Motherships.
  • Follow up and survey of the various contracts. Plan Do Check Act of the Service Contract.

Propose arbitration in case of problem not solved at service level.
With the Control Tower Lead, the Business Contracts Manager are here to find solution and coordinate with the Motherships Control Towers.
Prioritize the various hot points to ensure their proper treatment.

  • Ensure necessary service support from the motherships is continuing.

In case of discrepancy between the signed Service Agreement and actual needs, priority will be business continuity.

  • Lead and/or Participate to the functional meetings: internal (FLEXIS), or joint (VG or RG + FLEXIS)

Ad-hoc organization and meetings, based on functional needs –

  • Manage with the Control Tower Lead, contract & Negotiation of the future life cycle contracts (Manufacturing Service Agreement, OEM Supply Agreement, Services & Solutions,…) with Core competence stake holder and Legals.

 


Managerial missions


Business Manager will drive activities related to business contracts with the Motherships or partners, 

She/He will negotiate for Flexis contracts and agreements adapted to the different flows by developing a fluid and efficient customer-supplier relationship.
o will Define and implement the appropriate contractual framework for each project (e.g. Letter of Intent, Memorandum of Understanding, Development Agreement, etc.)
o will guarantee consistency and compliance with objectives and contractual obligations
o Will Contribute to the definition of reciprocal commitments (reference scenario, RASIC/Job Share, cross-referenced and calendarized deliverables, operating modes and project governance, payment schedules, etc.) to ensure fluidity, robustness, and profitability of activities.
o Prepare negotiations with the help of all support departments.

He/she will coordinate network with the multiple Mothership company’s streams ensuring that all activities are aligned with business strategies, annual objectives, and monthly financial and performance targets.
