If you are ambitious, resilient, with a customer-first mindset, we are looking for you to manage Vertellus Agency and to run our new commercial rental offer, including innovative E-Tech products line, then we are looking for you!
Your responsibilities:
As a Vertellus Agency Manager at Renault Trucks, you will launch and grow Vertellus, our flexible rental and full-service offer for a fleet of electric and diesel trucks in the Polish market. You will run the first Vertellus Agency in Renault Trucks Polska headquarter located next to A2 highway in Tłuste/Grodzisk Mazowiecki and develop the flexible rental business).
You are able to recognize new market opportunities, identify leads and potential customers, convert them into rental contracts and long-term customer relationships. You will build a customer-focused service that combines vehicles, maintenance, and flexible rental into one “no hassle for customer” solution. Ultimately, together with our partners and customers, you contribute to the transition to a more sustainable transport landscape.
Your long-term goal: secure customer contracts by 2026 and expand this to country-wide business by 2030.
Customer relations and Services
- Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and finalize into customer contracts.
- Guide customers to tailored solution: truck, additional equipment (body, …), services, duration and flexibility.
- Address and resolve customer needs, complaints or issues in an efficient manner.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, services providers and suppliers (bodybuilders…).
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
Rental Operations & Fleet Management
- Manage and develop the short, medium and long-term fleet portfolio.
- Manage the full fleet lifecycle: acquisition, rental, operations, second life and used truck sales.
- Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Operate the rental business by coordinating reservations, deliveries, customer agreements and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maximize rental fleet uptime and availability by working closely with workshops and used trucks team.
- Monitor the condition and maintenance schedule of the truck fleet as well as addressing any damage or assistance needs.
- Track and report utilization, revenue, and performance of the rental fleet.
Collaboration & Business Development
- Build strong connections with Renault Trucks partners network in Poland to expand Vertellus network and maximize high utilization of the fleet.
- Work closely with Renault Trucks Poland sales teams with Vertellus-full services solutions to grow flexible rental business.
- Share best practices with colleagues across Europe and with the head office.
- Cooperate closely with Volvo Financing Services.
The working area is the entire country. You report to the Managing Director of Renault Trucks Poland.

- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on operational activities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in CRM and digital tools.
- Good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
- Truck driving license is a must (C category).
