Solicitamos: Practicante Administrativo
Objetivo de la posición: Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo en las actividades del PSV, asegurando el correcto seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo, control de inventarios, actualización de sistemas y atención al cliente, cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad y calidad de la organización. Asimismo, contribuir a la mejora continua mediante la correcta gestión de procesos, documentación y recursos para garantizar la eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente.
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Gestión Empresarial o afín.
- Experiencia: Sin experiencia necesaria.
- Idioma: Inglés Básico - Intermedio.
Actividades:
- Gestionar órdenes de trabajo como seguimiento de órdenes abiertas y apoyo para cierre.
- Asegurar la actualización de apertura de las órdenes de servicio cuando los autobuses llegan.
- Actualizar las ordenes de trabajo durante las operaciones, ejemplo: kilometraje así como actividades durante la inspección.
- Apoyar en el manejo de los sistemas Volvo como lo es LDS, PROMPT, ASIST.
- Actualizar los sistemas administrativos con información de órdenes de trabajo cerradas de acuerdo con el trabajo realizado.
- Administrar y mantener en orden las carpetas de mantenimientos de todas las unidades en póliza, así como también tener en orden el archivo del historial de mantenimiento.
- Aplicar y dar seguimiento de encuestas de SSI (Servicio a Clientes).
- Apoyar en asegurar que se cumpla con el % de muestras de encuestas de forma mensual.
