Solicitamos: Vendedor de Refacciones de Punto de Servicio Volvo Monterrey

 

Objetivo de la posición: Programar, organizar y coordinar las actividades referentes al mercadeo directo e indirecto para el Punto de Servicio Volvo y del territorio asignado bajo su responsabilidad, de acuerdo con las políticas y normas de la empresa, a fin de cubrir el pronóstico de ventas de refacciones establecido.

 

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ciencias administrativas o afín. Titulado
  • Experiencia: +3 años en Servicio y Post Venta en autotransportes
  • Idioma: Inglés Intermedio – Conversacional

 

Actividades:

  • Generar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes nuevos para la venta de refacciones propietarias y de VENDORS en la zona asignada.
  • Seguimiento continuo de las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas y de alta calidad
  • Crear y actualizar la base de datos de clientes y mantener información precisa y actualizada. La atención a los clientes debe ser constante, ofreciendo seguimiento y presentando productos propietarios que se ajusten a sus necesidades.
  • Fungir como facilitador en el cierre de negociaciones, creando un ambiente propicio para acuerdos exitosos.
  • Efectuar llamadas a clientes potenciales y existentes, agendar citas y realizar visitas presenciales / reportando diariamente las ventas nuevas realizadas, para análisis  del rendimiento e identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Realizar un reporte, análisis y plan de acción sobre las ventas pérdidas, identificando las causas y proponiendo soluciones para evitar futuras pérdidas.
  • Generación de planes de venta para inventarios mayores a doce meses, considerando la demanda del mercado y las tendencias de consumo para optimizar la rotación de inventarios y maximizar la rentabilidad.
