Regional Aftermarket Manager - West

What we need you to do?

In this role, you will work as a Uptime & Parts Manager -West and own the entire Aftermarket Business in West. You will be responsible for key Aftermarket deliverables – Revenue growth , Customer satisfaction and retention, and Dealer development based out of Mumbai in Market Area West.

We expect you to be:
 

  • Defining a Road map in line with Region-India Strategy and managing the Aftermarket Business for Market area West.
  • Responsible for Revenues, Customer satisfaction ( CSS ) and DSC scores for the Market Area
  • Responsible for resolution of techno commercial issues to ensure prompt response to client’s needs , thus delivering uptime , satisfaction and client retention.
  • Understand & develop aftermarket processes to give feedbacks for improvements; Run & participate in projects as required
  • Identify and develop teams in dealerships ( competence and strength )and help development of the C&I large Accounts in West
  • Organize and participate in structured business meetings with Dealership team,  Regional team, HO team as and when required – prepare MIS reports, presentations.
  • Collaborate with Regional product management, CSA cell, customer support functions and other colleagues in the market area

  • Dealer’s efficiency to deliver quality CSA’s that helps brick-wall clients
